【舊金山】The House

We went to The House  last Sunday to celebrate early Valentine's day , I haven't been there for long long time and I forgot how amazing this place is , I am thrilled to be reminded again .....

The daily special sounded very tempting so we decided to order most of the dishes from it , to start with :  Sea urchin clam chowder , it was so delicious , I found 6 big piece of uni in it !

followed by the sealed scallop with Japanese yuzu sauce, the scallop was cooked perfectly tender

this is the only dish we ordered from the menu , the Pomegranate Currant Porkchops, what can I say , this maybe the best pork chop I ever had !

 and last we had the pork shoulder with Korean Kimchi which left us no room for dessert ....
