【舊金山】情迷西班牙 ~ Coqueta

Coqueta在西班牙文裏意味著“調情”或“迷戀”,這是明星廚師 Michael Chiarello在他Napa Yountville小鎮的意大利餐廳Bottega 之後, 在灣區開設的第二家餐廳,他頻繁拜訪西班牙後的結果就是愛上了那裏的食物。 於是他和他的團隊在舊金山 Embarcadero的5號碼頭為他的新餐廳找到了家,聯手打造出結合美景,美酒和美食的好去處。開張一年多,高踞不下的人氣讓餐廳在城中始終很熱門。

Pluma Acorn fed, Spanish Ibérico de bellota pork shoulder loin with honey-chili glaze

Paella The classic, made with bomba rice, jamón serrano-shellfish broth, Gulf shrimp, clams, chorizo, with brocolini , asparagus, and lemon alioli 


 Albondigas a la Feria Grilled duck and pork meatballs with tart cherry and tempranillo salsa and crispy shallots
 Sunny side-up” Huevo With Shrimp, crispy potato, and chorizo dressing
