今天的早午餐,是總共只需10分鐘就可以上桌的 法式松露牛奶起司烤蛋 。
這實在是一道簡單易做又美味營養的早餐 , 小火加熱烤盤,底部 薄薄塗上一層奶油,倒入一大匙鮮牛奶(Heavy Cream) 煮至將沸騰狀態,打入一顆或兩顆蛋(Egg) ,表面灑上切碎或磨碎的起司(gruyere cheese) , Herbs de Provence , 乾培根碎片 (dry bacon bits), 松露醬(Truffle Sauce) , 放入預熱至Boil的烤箱烤至雞蛋半熟、起司融化狀態 (約7分鐘)即可 。
